Burger Boy Moving To Its First Brick-and-Mortar Location In Bray
Burger Boy, a popular smash burger food truck, is moving to its first brick-and-mortar location in Bray. Its previous permanent location was at the seaside of Wicklow where its owner Rian O’Flaherty opened its food truck business in Ireland.
The owner posted on Instagram with hype that Burger Boy is going to launch its first brick-and-mortar outlet which was possible with its customers’ support. The customers were the ones who helped the food truck business make it through the tough times of COVID-19.

His post said, “Eight years ago today, an eager me decided to start a food truck. At that time, there weren’t many around and the idea of a food truck was more of a “chip van” but I always knew what potential it had and what it could become one day”.
He was of the view that anyone who plans to start a food truck had once dreamt of opening an onsite restaurant later. He explained that he had made this decision after getting to know that his coffee truck had been robbed.
The CEO accredited Burger Boy’s success to his team’s hard work
He acknowledged the “insane dedication of the team in the past and present” that led the business to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Bray. It was only possible after going through Covid times when the government was being hard on everyone and each one of the citizens was trying their best to make it through, he said.
He elucidated those were the times when his small business was giving its all to keep it in the running state and that was only because of his team’s hard work and belief in the food truck business.
He remarked that he would not tag anyone in the post as this was just another “you know if you know” kind of post but he happily affirmed that he might share a burger and drink with any of the customers in future at his new location.
O’Flaherty ended his post by mentioning that the future posts of Burger Boy would reveal some of the “behind the scenes” photos to let its loving customers know how it has all been. He further added that the users could share this post with anyone in the town to invite them over to the restaurant.
