This marks a remarkable achievement for Chef Vincent Crepel and his dedicated team, solidifying Cork’s position as a haven for discerning palates.
“Being awarded the second Michelin star is a wonderful elevation,” beamed Chef Crepel, his voice brimming with pride and accomplishment. “It’s a lifelong dream come true and a proof of the incredible work of our entire team.” He lauded the commitment to using fresh, local ingredients, collaborating with passionate suppliers, and striving for unwavering creativity and excellence. Homestead Cottage in Doolin, The Bishop’s Buttery in Cashel, and D’Olier Street in Dublin received their first stars, highlighting the breadth and depth of culinary talent across Ireland.
