Stars from Game Of Thrones and Barbie Join Cast of The Cleaner’s New Season

Star-Studded Cast of The Cleaner Season 3

With a cast full of celebrities, the BBC comedy series “The Cleaner” is returning for its third season. Actor Conleth Hill from Game of Thrones and Barbie star Sharon Rooney are two of the new members of the cast of The Cleaner. Greg Davies, the Taskmaster presenter, returns as crime scene cleaner Paul “Wicky” Wickstead, meeting an array of quirky characters along the way.

Davies and BBC Excited for Star-Studded Cast of The Cleaner Season 3

Writer of the show Davies expressed his excitement for the next season, saying, “We have made sure that Wicky has some bizarre characters to deal with this series.” Anticipating perspiring in a crime scene outfit and donning the earrings that make my nieces shudder.”

The third season will also feature Inside No 9 creator Steve Pemberton, Ghosts co-creator Ben Willbond, and Northern Irish actor Conleth Hill. Other notable guest stars include Chaneil Kular from Sex Education, Killing Eve’s Gemma Whelan, and Coronation Street’s Paula Wilcox. 

The BBC’s director of comedy, Jon Petrie, commended the casting decisions, adding, “We are really excited to present our incredible cast for the next season of The Cleaner. Figuratively speaking, Wicky has a lot of excellent comedic talent to bounce off of thanks to Greg and Shuk (Studio Hamburg UK).”

Fans can look forward to more crime scene cleaning adventures when the series airs, with broadcast details to be announced soon.
