Commitment to Authenticity
Opened just before the pandemic by Paul McGlade Jr., Little Pyg ensures authenticity by sending its chefs to train under Italy’s pizza maestro Enzo Coccia. The restaurant’s efforts were rewarded when it was named the best authentic Italian product in Europe.
The success in Madrid has earned Little Pyg a place at the Pizza World Championship in Naples. McGlade’s commitment to his team includes a promised celebratory trip to Ibiza for their top 15 ranking, reflecting the restaurant’s spirit and dedication amidst challenging times.
