A Hitachi group firm, GlobalLogic has announced new employment opportunities with its expansion on the island of Ireland. 15 new jobs at GlobalLogic in the new Northern Ireland office in Newry Co. Down. A great news for the locals that would give a boost to the local economy.

The job creation would be primarily across human resources, software engineering and business development areas. The purpose of this strategic move is to open new horizons for global ambitions for the deserving ones that would, in return, help the company grow. A win-win situation for all the stakeholders.

The previous year observed an acquisition by GlobalLogic. The deal between GlobalLogic and the Athlone-based cloud and software development company marked a new milestone in the Irish market. It was an auspicious market entry into the country and since then, Sidero has been working with GlobalLogic with successful results. 

GlobalLogic has already partnered with excellent global firms like AWS, Google and Microsoft. The managing director of GlobalLogic in Ireland, Carmel Owens believes that this business distension is a commitment of the organisation to offer a business service wellbeing in Ireland.

The rest of the industries are agriculture, construction and production contributing 25%, 19% and 7% respectively. MD knows that the new jobs at GlobalLogic would roll out services to more sectors and industries with a huge prospect already existing in Newry.
