Rose Of Tralee 2024: Festivities Begin With Journey To Kerry
Rose of Tralee 2024 is one of the iconic events in Ireland. County Kerry marks the celebration place for the international festival that is unique in its own way.
The festival takes place in Tralee each year and County Kerry has been selected for the representation of Irish heritage on a global scale. With the collaboration of & Kerry County Council and Féile Thrá Lí-Tralee Street Festival, Rose of Tralee 2024 inculcates planned events with participants of roses, escorts and rose buds.

The jamboree is an emblem of an Irish atmosphere that leaves its guests with laughter, togetherness and a wholesome magic of Ireland. It offers an opportunity to meet people from all around the world by indulging in the wonderland of roses that one has never seen before.
The festival launched on 11 August, Sunday when 32 international roses came together in Kildare. They are now set to visit Kerry after staying for five days in Kildare, Dublin, Tipperary and County Cork.
The 32 roses are the authentic beauty queens of Ireland who are there to compete at Rose of Tralee 2024. They would receive an official welcome on 16 August 2024 in Kerry.
The enchanting 32 roses have enjoyed a visit to Barberstown after coming together for the first time. They have visited The K Club and relished the cordiality in Kildare Town. All of the events were planned in association with Into Kildare.
What to expect from Rose of Tralee 2024
Twinning arrangements are in line to stay in accordance with the long-running tradition. The Tralee’s pubs and centres would be receiving 32 Irish roses and their supporters would be waiting for them in various pubs and bars.
To make an official visit, the twin pubs would be open on Sunday afternoon between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Music and entertainment would not lose their grip over the guests.
In total, 20 pubs and hotels have been associated with the Rose of Tralee 2024 twinning. Here is the list of some of the pubs and Rose Centre twinning that you could look forward to:

The list of 32 Roses includes names from different Irish counties and other regions, such as Donegal Rose, Derry Rose, Cork Rose, Chicago Rose, Chicago Rose, Cavan Rose, Florida Rose, Kildare Rose, Galway Rose etc.
All of these roses are excited to represent their respective counties as some of them mentioned that they had dreamed of it since their childhood days. For instance, one of the contestants from Perth said, “I’ve watched the show every year since I was a little girl so it is a dream come true to be involved. This will be my first time back in Ireland since I left for Australia so I’m really looking forward to it. I can’t wait to get to know new people and enjoy all of the upcoming events”.
