Boojum is about to spice up Tallaght’s food scene in a big way. On Friday, April 12th, at 11:30 am, Boojum is to open its doors at ‘The Square’ Shopping Centre, and they’re welcoming customers with free burritos. The first 200 hungry customers can enjoy the taste of Boojum’s legendary Mexican burritos without reaching for their wallets.

Situated in the spot that once housed Wow Burger, Boojum’s newest outpost offers diners a variety of options – from cosy sit-in dining to grab-and-go takeaway, and even convenient click ‘n’ collect and delivery services. It ensures you enjoy food however you please.

Robert Powell, Head of Operations at Boojum, is buzzing with excitement: “The anticipation from our fans in Tallaght has been overwhelming. We’re thrilled to be setting up shop in The Square and can’t wait to share our love for burritos with the local community.”

Boojum is Opening in Tallaght – Sixteenth Store Across Ireland

This is Boojum’s sixteenth store across the island of Ireland. And it will create thirty fresh jobs, both part-time and full-time in Tallaght.

But Boojum’s ambitions don’t stop at Tallaght. After becoming part of the Azzurri group last year, they’re eyeing up expansion across the Irish Sea, with plans for twenty-five stores in Great Britain. And let’s not forget about Ireland – Boojum’s success has seen them grow steadily across Ireland, fueled by the demand for their authentic Mexican cuisine.

And speaking of success, Boojum has yet another feather to add to its cap: ‘Best Mexican’ at the recent Just Eat Restaurant Awards. It’s clear that their dedication to delivering delicious, authentic Mexican flavours has won over the hearts of diners nationwide.
