Mike Lynch Daughter, Sixth And Final Body Recovered In Superyacht Disaster
The body of Mike Lynch daughter, Hannah Lynch, is found in the yachting accident. Lynch’s family spokesperson said, “The family is devastated”.
The British family tech tycoon Mike Lynch and his daughter were missing after the superyacht disaster that went off from the coast of Sicily.

The prominent people who were missing in the disaster include Mike Lynch, his 18-year-old daughter, Morgan Stanley International’s Chairman Jonathan Bloomer, his wife and Clifford Chance lawyer Chris Morvillo along with his wife.
After knowing about Mike Lynch daughter’s tragedy, the spokesperson informed that the family is utterly dejected. They have other family members and friends by their side to offer consolation and support.
The spokesperson further added, “The family would like to sincerely thank the Italian coastguard emergency services and all those who helped in the rescue”.
The family now asks for privacy, as cited by their spokesperson. They want to handle their daughter’s grief in peace and with respect.
Moreover, the body of a Canadian-Antiguan worker at the superyacht, Recaldo Thomas was recovered on Monday. He was a chef working in the yacht for the prominent figures gathered for leisure time.
Another body recovered yesterday was that of Mike Lynch. The body was brought to the shore after covering a distance of 18 km from the Sicilian capital of Palermo.

Bloomer family expressed their grief over the news of Mike Lynch daughter and they said that it is an “indescribable” grieving time to the family and to the rest of the world.
They said, “We are grieving for our loved ones and all of those affected by the tragedy”.
They remembered their parents with love and respect as they reminisced them as an inspiration for the rest of their lives. They also mentioned that they loved spending time with their grandchildren.
The chief executive of legal AI company, Luminance which was launched by Mr Lynch, paid tribute. He remembered him as a visionary person whose example he could not find anywhere else in his circle.
He explained his attributes with words like visionary person who possessed technological innovation like no other. He was a problem-solver, the chief executive said, and loved to envision tomorrow, taking it as a challenge.
He also remembered Mike Lynch as someone who was friendly and would be “sorely missed.” He felt that he was honoured to work with him for several years and gained guidance and learning for years to come.
Fifteen of the twenty-two passengers—including Angela Bacares and Mr. Lynch’s spouse—were saved. They were able to escape in a lifeboat as soon as the superyacht was hit by a mini tornado.
The Italian coastguard confirmed that taking the superyacht out to the sea bed is not the issue at the moment. It would stay part of the agenda in future, however, taking out as many bodies as we can remains a priority.

The Italian coastguard said the missing woman would be still inside the boat and they are working on it.
The superyacht’s captain, James Cutfield was questioned after the yacht drowned. He was enquired by the police two hours after the incident happened to obtain as many details as they could.
He began speaking to all of the crew members so that the exact details of the wreckage could explain the tragedy and its intensity.
