A Cathartic Escape

Situated at Unit 5e, Kylemore Park North, the Rage Room provides a one-of-a-kind experience for participants aged 18 and above. Equipped with protective gear, visitors have the opportunity to wield sledgehammers and smash glass bottles against unused machinery, creating a symphony of cathartic destruction. The space is not only a physical release but also a mental escape, allowing individuals to unwind and let out their innermost frustrations.

Choose Your Soundtrack

To enhance the therapeutic journey, the Ballyfermot Rage Room offers a speaker where participants can select the perfect soundtrack for their smashing session. Whether it’s heavy metal, soothing melodies, or empowering anthems, the immersive experience is tailored to individual preferences. There are many different things that can be destroyed, including printers, TVs, copiers, and glassware and crockery. Visitors are even encouraged to bring their personal items for smashing, adding a personalized touch to their venting session.

Environmental consciousness

With responsibility The Rage Room has partnered with a recycling company to ensure that all debris is disposed of properly, which is a commendable step towards sustainability. This not only adds an eco-friendly element to the experience but also reflects a responsible approach to indulging in therapeutic property damage. Participants can revel in the chaos knowing that the aftermath will be handled with environmental consciousness.
