Brickyard Gastropub Announces Wing Festival’s return this week!

Dundrum’s Brickyard Gastropub is getting ready for its third annual Wing Festival, which will take place from Thursday, April 18, to Sunday, April 21. The event has been a hit in previous years, exceeding expectations and delighting visitors.

Wing Festival’s Return to Dublin Promises a Tasty Adventure

In collaboration with their brewing brand, TwoSides, Brickyard Gastropub will present a selection of enticing wing flavours. Not to mention the inventive homemade sauces like Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce and Hoisin Confit Duck Wings, there will be classic choices like Fercullen Falls Whiskey & Coke BBQ Sauce and Chorizo Hot Sauce.

Wing Festival's return

Brickyard’s delectable cauliflower “wings” also appeal to vegetarian and vegan diets. Co-owner Simon Moore shared his excitement for the event, emphasising the opportunity to experiment with sauces and provide customers with a special dining experience. 

Wing Fest will offer a pairing of wings and beer, with all TwoSides pints priced at €5.50.
