Single-Vehicle Road Crash Claims Teenager's life In Donegal

A teenager has tragically died following a single-vehicle road crash in County Donegal late last night. The accident happened on the R240 at Cross, Quigley’s Point, in the evening at about 11:15 PM which has shocked and saddened the community.

The R240, in which this single-vehicle road crash happened, is still inaccessible this morning to accommodate Garda Forensic Collision Investigators doing their work properly.

This is the common route that is frequently used by motorists in this area but perhaps because of the winding part of the road and the fact that the accident happened at night. The key reason for the occurrence of the accident still has not been identified and it takes time before authorities establish how the accident happened.
